How Partners Can Guide Customers to Build AI Apps That Streamline Operations

In episode 83 of the AI/Hyperautomation Minute, Janet Schijns explains how partners can provide business value by using artificial intelligence (AI) to streamline operations.

Highlights

00:25 — Janet gives an example of a use case: using AI to automate repetitive tasks. She says AI can handle repetitive tasks, such as responding to emails, which frees up knowledge workers’ time, allowing them to focus on more pressing tasks.

02:00 — Partners can also assist in the area of sales and marketing with AI. Janet explains how AI is an effective tool for leading “intent-based marketing” initiatives, allowing teams to reach the right customers.

03:03 — Another area where partners are having a massive impact on businesses is in the supply chain industry. Janet explains how AI can help optimize supply chain, augment predictive maintenance, and improve operational efficiency.

04:30 — Finally, AI can help with fraud detection, says Janet. The technology can be applied to enhance security measures and detect fraud in real-time to prevent any losses.

05:39 — It is important to note that in all these instances, partners can help ensure AI is being applied as a valuable tool and can assist in the streamlining of business operations. Janet advises businesses to use AI in conjunction with good guidance from partners and to include human oversight. AI is a great solution but must be done in a disciplined manner, explains Janet.
