00:20 — Cooper notes that he’s been in the machine learning (ML) and data markets for a long time and Clari is looking to solve a problem that has been intractable: summarization is quite hard and RevGPT “absolutely nailed it.” (Summarization, in the form of what Clari calls Smart Summaries, provides instant recaps of revenue-critical calls and automatically helps revenue teams execute follow-up actions.)
00:39 — The Clari technology introduces “loads of fantastic predictive techniques” that help leaders gain a view into the “up level” when it comes to engagement with an account, providing the big picture for a chief revenue officer, or CRO, to see what’s going on.

Rather than applying brute force, it could recommend three battle cards a rep could use, including nuanced options that the AI has generated and it’s figured out when to surface those to the user.
