In this session, Heidi is going to talk about the differences between managing apps in the legacy designer and some of the limitations of the new design experience. Acknowledging both the new and old versions, she will clarify when you will have to use the classic version and how to edit existing model-driven apps in the new designer.
10 Tools to Help You be a Super System Admin in Dynamics 365 CE:
This session focuses on system administrators for Dynamics 365 customer engagement. She is going to share 10 tools to help you become a super system admin. These tools range from XRM toolbox tools that simplify implementation processes to actual configuration items as well as how to do certain tasks, such as field mapping.
3 Ways to Train Your Users & How to Reach All Learning Styles:
Heidi will be co-presenting this session with Laura Mortick from Terracon. They will be talking about three different methods of training. Heidi will be breaking down different learning styles. Additionally, she will share how to adapt your training materials to reach all the different learning styles you may encounter, but teach them the same content.
Heidi is most excited for the in-person networking opportunities at Summit 2021. She is also beyond thrilled to present her three sessions and learn from the other presentations.
