Many organizations use Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement to track accounts, contacts, and the sales process. Then, they use Dynamics 365 Business Central for things such as order fulfillment and invoicing. Since there is a lot of data that is common to both systems, it makes sense to have a way to integrate the systems and keep data synchronized between the two systems.

In this session, we discuss the following topics:

  • What data should be common between the two systems and how often you should synchronize the data
  • How to synchronize data using Dataverse, Flow, and Logic Apps
  • Using a third-party tool to synchronize data

By the end of this session, you should be able to…

  • Plan for your data synchronization
  • Understand tradeoffs and potential issues with data synchronization
  • Determine which technology—or technologies—will work best for your organization
