This session will discuss the issues we have all faced with user adoption and include tips and techniques learned along the way to get everyone on board. Everything from what the common complaints are from end users to responses and fixes for those complaints. We will also discuss CRM system best practices for keeping things streamlined and accessible for the user without overwhelming them. This will include form layout and flow. There will also be discussion on training styles and materials that work best for users and how to make them easily accessible to the end users through the CRM or onsite resources.
