Cards have been in Office 365 for some time already. Originally created as Message Cards after some time rebuilt from nearly scratch to become Adaptive Cards.

This extremely useful technology can be used in Power Automate processes based in Microsoft Teams to create a consistent digital workplace.

In this session you will learn:

• What is the difference between Message and Adaptive Cards

• How to design cards

• How to use them – a working example

• What to expect from the upcoming releases and version vNext (2.0)

Process designers should make their processes as intuitive as possible, allowing their participants to take part in the most effective way. Using Cards helps to create a new channel for efficient participation in business processes.

While PowerPlatform offers connector for Business Central to 50+ prebuilt exposed API’s, there are reasons why you would need more. And this ‘more’ can come only through custom connectors. That means if you add some custom field, or if you want to connect PowerPlatform with nonexposed tables, you will need solution.

In these scenarios you need to build API’s and custom connectors. This is not so complex but requires a bit different approach. At this session, you will see how to expose custom API, how to build custom connector and create Power App and Power Automate based on custom scenarios.
