In this session, you will see how to configure inventory planning and how to add all specific for production planning. I’ll explain how to configure production forecast and its relationship with MRP and MPS processes. Also, you will see interdependence of all documents and entries with planning system. Taxes are a necessary annoyance for every organization.  Depending on where you do business, you will most likely be subject to either sales and use taxes or Value Added Tax.  During this session, we ‘ll review how each of the tax types are used and how to set up Business Central to record and report on these taxes.  We will focus exclusively on the functionality within Business Central and will not review add-on extensions.

Choose from 3 exercises using BC and Power BI to Create: 1) Dashboard with Vendor KPIs for on-time delivery, lead times, and number of back orders; 2) Inventory dashboard with inventory KPIs for evaluating ABC class for new items, fast moving items and bin location, number of times counted, and adjustments; or a 3) Warehouse operations dashboard with KPIs such as number of picks and putaways by user, number of cycle counts by user, number of on-time and late shipments.
