In early 2021, City of Columbus, the 14th largest city in the United States, moved their administrative applications and supporting financial processes to the Microsoft Dynamics 365 software suite on Azure Cloud services. This implementation is one of the largest Microsoft Dynamics 365 clients in production with over 700 active users, 7,000 external vendor portal users and a transaction volume of 12,000 invoices per month. While this project began in 2019, the critical phases of the project were successfully completed remotely during the COVID-19 pandemic.
