Tony Uphoff hosts SAXX CEO Wendy Bennison and SAXX Senior Director of Information Services Christine Livingstone, both of whom will be featured speakers at the upcoming Digital CIO Summit, taking place from April 4-6. The three discuss the digital transformation of SAXX, which makes ultra-comfort men’s underwear, and the role that technology played in the transformation. Additionally, Livingstone discusses the technology priorities for the company in the upcoming year.

A company priority for the upcoming year is on supporting the business through its transformation to a new ERP system, especially relating to understanding and measuring the adoption and productivity gains across the organization.
02:45 — SAXX wants to make sure the new ERP is being fully leveraged, which means actually using it in every way it possibly can. Additionally, Livingstone says SAXX is going to be focusing on understanding what’s working and what’s not, and feeding all of that data into its agile roadmap.
