00:05 — “I think the other thing that helps IBM is our deep understanding of the enterprise. We’re a B2B company… we work primarily with clients who run mission-critical operations,” explains Granger.
00:32 — IBM understands the challenges its clients are up against, and Granger feels like the company is well-positioned to guide clients through those challenges.
01:05 — “It’s that sort of DNA, if you will, that’s helped us go for the last 100 years.” However, Granger notes this is a challenge for the entire industry. “Therefore, I think clients have got to look to — and I hope they will look to — people that they can trust to guide them through this space.”
