This session is a hybrid presentation/roundtable incorporating hands-on learning.  The session includes an introduction to the principles of change management followed by a roundtable discussion of change management challenges in managing a Dynamics deployment.  Participants will:

–     Explore the principles of change management

–     Discover how to develop a change management roadmap for their Dynamics project

–     Experience a hands-on opportunity to develop a plan to apply change management principles to existing project/deployment/adoption challenges

The content of this session is geared toward an audience with beginner-level knowledge of the subject area.
