One key way Celonis is leveraging AI is by bringing AI into its platform more natively to enable customers to do a much better job of what they’re already doing with Celonis. One key thing process mining lets customers do is find opportunities to improve processes and realize value, such as improving days payables outstanding or identifying duplicate invoices.

You can bring in data from source systems like transactional process data and the software can show how those processes actually run. With Object Centric Process Mining, the company has created more of a digital twin that can use data to inform decisions about how processes should run.
