00:43 — This week, Kieron encountered an interesting project called Bali Twin Metaverse. This project is being developed by a creative agency that ultimately wants to establish, as the name suggests, a digital twin of the Indonesian island of Bali.
1:16 — Bali Twin Metaverse is really interesting because of the level of detail that’s gone into the initial production shots.
01:36 — This project has already received government support as well as support from existing retailers and real estate establishments.
02:23 — It’s also a sustainable way to promote tourism and celebrate the diversity and cultural traditions of the island.
2:52 — Beyond this, it’s supporting existing companies in Bali by enabling them to sell NFTs. Additionally, the level of immersion and attention to detail will encourage people to visit Bali, thus supporting more businesses.
3:31 — Kieron is hopeful to see more of this moving forward, as it’s not only a clever model but it’s also sustainable too.
