In this Cloud Wars Live interview, we talk with Dean Del Vecchio. Dean is EVP, CIO, and Chief of Operations at Guardian Life, an insurance and wealth management firm. Like many other companies in today’s fast-changing digital world, Guardian is undertaking digital transformation. In our conversation, Dean and I discuss the sweeping nature of the changes at the company: from culture to office space to pervasive innovation to new technology to making customer experiences elegant and enjoyable.
Beyond defining and implementing a strategic technology vision aligned with Guardian’s long-term growth initiatives and ongoing business objectives, Dean is responsible for leading enterprise customer service and operations. He provides strategic oversight for Guardian’s shared services organization in India, as well as Real Estate and Facilities, Physical Security, Office Services, Source to Pay, and Enterprise Imaging.
