00:25 — ServiceNow CEO Bill McDermott hailed generative AI as the biggest transition in 50 years at the Knowledge 23 event in Las Vegas. Generative AI is set to redefine computer functionality, serving as a catalyst for ServiceNow’s Now platform. Also at the conference, ServiceNow President and COO CJ Desai outlined new generative AI capabilities for faster, more intelligent workflow automation, integrating powerful features and Azure OpenAI services.

The company introduced ServiceNow Generative AI Controller, which simplifies connectivity with Microsoft Azure OpenAI services and OpenAI API language models.
